Current CLS graduate student academic advisor Michelle Shults has accepted the advising coordinator position within the College. This new position was created in response to both the growth CLS has seen over the past few years and the need for expanded academic advising capacities.
“As the word has spread about the quality of our programs we’ve seen an almost exponential growth in the number of new enrollments,” said Associate Dean Martha Banz. “Our main focus is on the students’ experience and their success in our programs. And to maintain our high standards it means expanding our academic advising capabilities. We have no doubt Michelle will help ensure a positive and consistent student experience.”
Shults will be coordinating and assisting academic advisors on both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
